Bookings & Payments: All retreat/adventure bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Participation in our retreats/adventures is governed by our  Participant Agreement and Waiver, which contains detailed terms regarding health, liability, conduct, and other important conditions.

Cancellation & Refunds: Please note that all payments are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies. We require all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected circumstances. Specific cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Participant Agreement.

Health & Participation: Retreat/adventure activities may involve physical exertion. You agree that you are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate.
