Meet Your Hosts

Hello, I'm Tamatha. owner of TCrowson Adventures and your host!

After 30 years of working with women as a fitness professional and a coach, I began to realize that while my clients were getting results that they thought they wanted, they were not getting results that they actually NEEDED.

So many women I've worked with believe that their feelings of inferiority and sense that they are not living life to it's fullest will be fixed by acheiving a certain body aesthetic.   But a lack of consistency, weak boundaries and low self-confidence stand in the way.  It's hard to  practice self-care when you believe that your needs don't really matter or when a fear of judgement by others trumps the desire to change.

Confidence doesn't come from a certain body weight. Confidence comes when we take risks and live to tell about it,  regardless of whether we fail or succeed.  It comes when we become willing to be uncomfortable and when we learn to accept ourselves as we are, right NOW.  It's only AFTER we do these things that we are able to experience true change and happiness.

Having realized these truths, I began to devise a way to help othes find these things.  And TCrowson Adventures was born.

"Alchemy"  will by my third  "retreat" / adventure (the first two I did for a virtual coaching comapny I was with - see the testemonials section to find out what those participants have to say), but it is the first one I've done exclusively as TCrowson Adventures.

My goal and objective for each adventure can be summed up by my personal mission statement which says:

"I consider it my life's mission to  awaken the brave and courageous parts of people, encouraging them to do the scary thing, so that they may realize that they are capable of more than they ever imagined".

I am currently the director and owner of Cape Boot Camp Challenge, a group fitness program in Cape Girardeau, MO.  My experience ranges from gym manager to nutrition coach to health promotions director.  In college I studied psychology, communications and ultimately received a degree in Fitness Management from Mississippi State University in 1993.  I am an expert in behavior change and a certifed trainer and nutrition coach.

I describe myself as extremely resilient, having gone through 3 divorces, an eating disorder, and the suicide death of my 18-year old son, Blake in 2020.  Through these trials I came to some conclusions about life and myself.

1)  Most things in life that we think are important don’t matter.

2)   Life is too short to worry about what other people think about me.

3)  Fun matters.  Because it really does. :-)

My core values are authenticity, true connection, and fun.  I believe that nothing great ever happens in your comfort zone and that YOU have everything you need, inside you, right now.  And I'm here to help you discover it.   You are in good hands.:-)

Love,

Tiffany Frey is passionate about guiding others into deeper connections with themselves, with others, and with the present moment. At Alchemy: An Elemental Experience, Tiffany brings her unique gift for weaving grounding practices, breath awareness, and embodiment into meaningful, playful, and transformative experiences.

With a background in communication disorders, nonprofit leadership, permaculture, and environmental education, Tiffany has spent two decades holding space for growth, learning, and collective well-being. Her curiosity about the human experience led her to the world of embodiment—where the body becomes not just a source of stress, but a powerful ally in healing, insight, and transformation. She is a certified Biodynamic Breath & Trauma Release Practitioner, a trained Embodiment Coach and  Authentic Relating facilitator and has done deep dives into the psychology and physiology of breathing and nervous system health.

Tiffany’s facilitation is both spacious and rooted. She offers centering and regulation tools that help participants stay grounded in challenging moments, playful connection games that gently dissolve walls between people, and guided embodiment practices that invite you to listen to your body as a source of wisdom and choice. Her sessions are designed to help you tune in—not just to what you think, but to what you feel, what you carry, and what’s ready to shift.

Whether you're arriving with a desire to slow down, reconnect, or open up to transformation, Tiffany's work will help you land in your body, in the moment, and in deeper connection to yourself.
